How long do you have to be gone from My Lot before it automatically logs you out

Have you noticed how My Lot never logs you out, even if you are gone for a day or two and don't return. And, for awhile I was wondering if perhaps this was a glitch, then I realized that it's a service to me, just another wonderful feature of My Lot. Maybe some other people are complaining about it. Not sure. But, it doesn't bother me at all. And, besides, noone complains when Yahoo doesn't log you out for two weeks at a time. So, I'm thinking maybe My Lot uses some form of long lasting browser cookies that causes your computer to be logged in automatically everytime you visit the site. And, maybe the cookies don't automatically expire with each session. I think the latter is called session cookies. So, anyway, I was wondering, if I went on vacation for two weeks, do you think I'd still be logged into My Lot? Would the cookies have lasted that long? Would the My Lot system still recognize me or require me to login again. Not saying that I would ever leave, but on the off chance I got a sweeter paycheck from another place, you know I'd be missing some days here. Would love some feedback on this. Thanks.

I don't think it logs you off period unless you sign off yourself. I always make a habit to sign off when I use someone elses computer as I don't want them noseying about on my signon LOL. I have been away from mylot for at the most a week and I was still logged in :)

I'm thinking you are right! They must use really good cookies. I have heard that there are some one year and ten year cookies on the Internet, which basically means you never log off, unless you are really trying.
