Who always gets the upper hand?

Who always gets the upper hand when you have a quarrel with your partner? If you do, do you think it is because your opinion is always right or it is because your partner loves you so much that s/he lets you win on purpose?

Oh MAN!!!! Is that what he's doing? I thought that it was because I was so smart and right! He just loves me and let's me have my way. Now I feel bad.

In our relationship no one gets "the upper hand." If we have something to discuss we discuss it. If we disagree, we discuss the issue until we come to a decision that we can both agree on. We believe in equality, and we want to work together.
