They don't charge you for using it, they just take the money out of your account when you buy something or they put it in when you sell something. It's really nice.

Yes, I think they charge for each transaction to non US countries so don't withdraw till you have sufficient in your account.

Dear RedCore I will suggest you to open a personal paypal account .. and it's free .. Paypal won't take charge for any transaction :) . Also I suggest you to have a look at my discussion which I have created specially for my Indian friends -- to know more about money withdrawal through Paypal --- http://www.mylot.com/w/discussions/993013.aspx?p=1 Just make sure you go through the whole discussion and you will find the answer to many of your questions :)

Hi I use PayPal and for a free account there should be no extra charges but the amount of money you are able to recive is limited to $1000 a month. For the premium upgraded account they take a percentage of deposits, but you can accept credit card purchases and no limits to cash deposits. If you look in the FAQ at PayPal should tell you all the info on all types of PayPal accounts. I have 2 accounts one free and one upgraded.

Paypal does take chargs out on payments received via credit card or checking accounts. I guess they need to make some money to keep their site going.
