Do you have someone where you live thats"TOTALLY LOST"in their own mind?

There is a 48 year old man in our town thats completely in another world of his own.15 years ago he kind of lost it.Hes crazy over the army so much that he started to believe that they were sending him secret messeges through codes over his radio in his basement bedroom.He dresses in army clothes and wears a army bandana on his head like "rambo".He still lives with his elderly parents.We see him walking up and down the town in his army gear all the time!Well today he was sitting outside a little movie store here and started to talk to us when we were starting to make our way in the store.He knows my boyfriend and he told him,he had received a message thursday,that the army was telling him to lay low for now and they will send him a new update through a code that only he knows about.My boyfriend,ah yah?What can you say to someone like that?!Do you have someone thats close to this in your place where you live?They believe they are something else or in another world?

For those that say that man dosnt need help are wrong , that man needs to be in a v.a hospital, in todays world there is no reason for him to be wandering the streets like that.its not normal thinking,and as sad as it is someday maby he will harm someone because the little voices in his head told him to.
