What should you do when someone posts a spam link on My Lot?

So, I was wondering, when you see spam links or unrelated links in a post, what should you do? Would it make you mad? Should you just ignore them and try your best to enjoy the discussion anyway? Or, should you report the person that posted the link? Just a couple minutes ago, I was browsing some old discussions on My Lot and out of nowhere found one that I thought would be interesting. It was about My Lot payouts and how much money you can actually earn here. Tips and tricks for earning more and stuff like that. But, right in the middle of the discussion, someone posted their website link for no reason, with the blatant request for "support". The link and request didn't relate to the discussion at all and in no way contributed, except as a self promoting plug for the member. And, a few comments down, they did it again, except this time two or three other members joined with them to post their links as well. And, what had been a very interesting discussion suddenly turned into spam central. It was very annoying to have to wade through all that spam just to get back to a really good discussion. Now, I suppose if the person posting the question had actually asked for people's website links and referrals, that might have been one thing. I guess it wouldn't have bothered me so much. But, this was not a money making question. It had to do with My Lot and how to make more money here, not elsewhere! So, what would you have done?
