Who is she? Can she actually act? On appearance, I say a seven--I think that you could have found a better picture of her.

Ugh, that pose is horrible. It might just be the pose but I don't like the outfit either. I'm sure in a different pose and a different outfit she'd look a lot better, but I'd only give her an 7.5. It might also be the wet hair that isn't doing it for me.
