I don't think he will achieve that record. He still has to score 9 more centuries to be there, a long way in my opinion. Tendulkar has a tendency to get slowed down in the 90s. Such a great player should not look at 50s and 100s as targets any more. From 99 to 100, it is just another run. If he plays with that mental freedom, he probably would get a few more hundreds. But, to reach 50 is a bit too much asking for. Thanks.

I think if sachin tendulkar plays just like the way he is playing right now, he could seriously get that target. Luck must also favour him, like getting out at 99 will be a very big disappointment. Sachin will play at least another years and i think he is very much capable of making 50 centuries.
