How can you use social bookmarking sites to get more blog traffic?

I was told that social bookmarking sites could help in exposing your site and getting more traffic, and tried a few. But it has been tedious to say the least. I tried looking for some other ways to help make things easier, and came across this product Atomic Blogging which claims to automate the process. Has anyone ever tried this? I don't really know how to promote and expose my site to receive thousands or even millions of visitors. That's my current problem too. But with that link that you showed, I really doubt it. I mean, I am not that sure about those sites. We have to pay his asking price just to receive that e-book or guide. I don't have money to buy it that is why I won't, also.. I am afraid that if ever I will buy that , will he send me what I paid for? I'm just taking extra precautions really. I hope you are too. Best of luck! and more traffic to your site. :)

I wouldn't mind paying for a book or product that can really help me in improving my site traffic, but if I could find people who have actually tried, it would be great. :) It's because I am really keen to do more. If the book were about adwords etc then no thanks. Hey thanks for watching out for me tho' - much appreciated. :) What would your site be, btw?

No site in mind at all. I am really not certain of those sites. But from what I have heard from those who get lots of web traffic.. some bought traffic at other sites. I don't have any idea what particular one. :)

every site will proven to have found the secret, but the fact is your site got to have enough contents to satisfy the need of your readers, and slowly your traffic will start to come in, if you have the content, then you can try using article submissions,social networking etc...

What I was interested in was finding out if there could be an automated way of submitting a site to social bookmarking/networking sites. I understand that you will need great content to begin in the first place, but you also need to find ways to send out this content to the world. The world won't chance upon you just because your site exists.
So now, am trying to find out how to reach out fast. :)
