My son helped nab a drunk teenager running from security!

It wasn't intentional, he just happened to be in the right place at the right time...or wrong time depending on how you look at it.
My 9 year old son was at the big fair last night by the river. At the same time the security guards there were trying to chase done a teenager that they'd caught drinking and causing trouble. The teenager tried to run and probably would have succeeded because of the crowds BUT he rounded a corner and tripped over my son! The teen fell and the security guards were able to catch up and caught him. My son has a nasty bruise and scrape on his leg from it but otherwise is pretty proud that he "helped" catch the "bad guy"! He's excited that he gets to go to the police station tomorrow to report what happened.
Any other "hero" kid stories?

Well, I would have had a good one if I was able to solve your triple ring problem correctly foxy ;)
But aside from that, I did help catch a clown on AMW way back when. They were two separate occasions but I was able to provide tips and he was nabbed the next week.
If I think of any others I'll post them. Hope your son is okay, but accident or no a good thing was done. Nice job.
