Do you ever use non-microwave safe cups in your microwave?

Have you ever used a cup in the microwave when the label clearly states, "Not for use in the microwave"?
Just the other day I was microwaving some water for tea and realized that I was using the wrong cup. In fact, it was one of those cups that has a label on the bottom that says, "Not for use in microwave". It's an ordinary hard plastic cup, so I'm not sure why they would say not to use in the microwave.
Have you ever done that?

I don't ever put any cups in the microwave, because we don't drink anything hot, and I'm not sure why else we would need to use a cup.
I have used plates and bowls that weren't microwave safe. But I really try not to. It usually just happens when I'm tired or when my son is really cranky and I'm trying to calm him down and cook for him at the same time.
It doesn't happen very often, though. I hate using my microwave anyway. I much prefer to actually cook my food in some other manner.

You are too good to be true! I am sure your son and husband appreciate all the wonderful things you do for them. And, cooking from scratch? Wow! How do you find the time? Amazing!

I’m sure I have- I don’t usually pay much attention to the labels- but when I use the microwave it’s usually a glass or pyrex dish- I’m pretty sure they are microwave safe. I also use plastic for quick things (beefaroni- soups) I’m sure they probably aren’t microwave safe- But I’m ok.

Like you...if I've done it I don't know I did. I'm usually very careful about that especially since I just got a new microwave for my birthday and don't want to ruin it.
