Low fat pizza? Too good to be true!

Just awhile ago, I was surfing online and found a site that claimed to sell healthy, organic pizza. And, for a minute I was totally fooled. It's amazing what a hungry stomach will allow you to believe. And, the best part is, they delivered and it was totally affordable. Much less than my regular pizza. Supposedly, it was "diet" pizza or at least that's what they were trying to indicate.
Supposedly, it contained oat bran and a healthy whole wheat crust, so I just assumed that it would be lower in fat. Turns out it has 18 grams of fat per slice! Even Pizza Hut doesn't contain that much fat per slice if you get the veggie pizza! How strange is that?
So, have you ever bought something that claimed to be healthy or organic and it turned out to be just as high in fat as the traditional version? Did it taste any better?
