Does aPairOf a free advertising system for their members?

I have read on a blog that aPairOf has a free advertising system for their members.
Are you a member of this company? If so do you know if they do have a free advertising system and have you used it?

I have belonged to aPairOf for 1 year. I get two free banners and my free page that I list all my sites on. I know aPairOf stopped doing it.So if you're a new member the feature is not available anymore.
