i want to send message to a stranger .
can i say hellow to she before she become my friend?
i have lots of pending friends, i want to send a message to they.

You can not send a message to anyone not on your friends list.
By the way welcome to mylot. I suggest you read the "FAQ" and "Guidelines" located at the bottom of the page in blue links. This will answer most of your questions you have not ran into yet, but will. As well as show you how to make the most of your time here.
