I am so sorry that it has taken me so long to post additional Baking In a can recipes. I had emergency surgery and had so many problems. Please forgive me.
I do hope you are enjoying this wonderful way of baking. It can be rewarding just to know that you have finally found a way to recycle those cans that vegetables and fruits come it. This is an old way to bake but it seems to have been forgotten over the years. Now it is time to renew this wonderful way of baking in cans.
This is a follow up of the article Baking in cans. You need to read it before you begin with any of the recipes in the Baking in a can series. It can be found here:

CINNAMON SWIRL BREAD MIX IN A CAN
2/3 cup baking mix
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 Tablespoon brown sugar
1 Tablespoon finely chopped pecans
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Mix Baking mix and sugar and place in a ziploc sandwich bag.
Mix next three ingredients. Place this mixture into a separate Ziploc bag. Label this "Streusel Mix"
Place mixture into a sandwich size ziplock bag. Place bag into a 14-16 oz. decorated can.
Attach recipe with the following instructions:
CINNAMON SWIRL BREAD TO BAKE IN A CAN
1. Remove mix from can. Empty bag of mix into a medium bowl.
2. Add 3 TBSP milk and 1 egg white. Mix well.
3. Sprinkle streusel mix from streusel mix packet into batter. Stir once or twice to just barely mix.
4. Remove any labels or decorations from can. Grease can well with some shortening or margarine on a paper towel. DO NOT spray can with cooking spray-recipe will not work in a sprayed can.
5. Spoon batter into can. Bake at 375 for 28-32 minutes. Bread is done when a broom straw or bamboo skewer placed in the middle of the bread comes out clean.
5. When bread is done let it cool in can for 15 minutes. Run a plain table knife around edge of bread to loosen it from can. shake can to allow bread to slide out.
6. To serve, cut bread into slices the desired thickness.
I do hope you are enjoying these recipes. They are so much fun to make for your family. Kids just love to have their own and will eat things that they dont normally eat this way. :)

This recipe sounds so yummy. My husband loves cinnamon bread and will certainly enjoy this one. It will also make a nice gift for my clients. Many of them do not like to fuss about with baking or preparing meals for themselves. They feel it would be too much bother. This will allow them to prepare a nice bread for themselves.

I bet your clients would love them and the fact that someone took the time to make them something would be a bonus.
