I want to rent out a single bedroom flat in Sharjah.Real estate companies are hiking up rents by creating artificial demand and they charge exhorbitant fees.Can anyone of u suggest an owner directly where flats available or any other source

Let me inform you about the charges of flats in sharjah . New buildings charge around AED 35-40k per year for a 2 bedroom flat. For old buildings they charge AED 25k-30k per year for the same 2 bedroom flat
For 1 bedroom flats in new buildings the cost would be around AED 20-25k per year while old buildings give you would get at AED 17k-20k per year
If you find real estate agents dont go to them . Go to the building committe directly instead of wasting time behind real estate agents.First take a survey around buildings to know whether they have vacant flats or not, if yes talk to in out with the secetary or manager directly
