Have 1975 Chevyvan20, Linkage Mystery

I was wondering how to re-install two of the links at the right of carburetor(looking out from driver's seat). The engine is probably rocking as it is because they are not properly connected.
Please, whatever direct info you can provide to assist me is very much appreciated.
