I suffer from insomnia but not as bad as I used to, I also sometimes have anxiety attacks, my doctor said I have to get my body into some order, routine is important, she said I should go to bed no later than midnight, as this is the time your body slows down and the air changes to a sleep mode, nature is clever like that, and it is a good idea to take TV's and such out of the bedroom, so these days I am coping a little better, I also take half an asprin before I go to bed...

i seldom experienced insomnia, only when something important happened to me ,for example,i was to make a choice in my life.
i remember when i decided wheather i would break up with my first bf,i totally suffered from insommia.after that,i came through.
now,my job is very challenging and much pressure.sometimes i found it hard to fall asleep, but it is ok,not insomnia.

I often suffer from insomnia. When it happens I try to do something else, I don't insist on sleeping. Perhaps I can read a book, or go to the kitchen to eat something or watch the television. I try everything to distract myself from the problem.
