I think you know me enough to notice that I am super skin-concious! I don't have a special diet for it but I do take good care of it. Everyday, I would remove my makeup thoroughly with cleansing oil, then facial cleanser, then I would massage my face a little with massage cream and then I would see if I need to do a facial mask. If not, I would apply some moisturizer. Also, once a week I would exfoliate and do a deep cleansing mask once and moisturizing mask twice (or other facial masks). For the eyes, I would apply eye serum and then eye cream to firm them up. I would do eye masks once a week. Seems like a lot of things to do but I am really having fun while doing it. There are actually more beauty tips in my blog, just feel free to drop by if you need something more specific: http://beauty-tricks.com/beautyblog/

I take a multi-vitamin and mineral supplement that included silica which I read is an important component of what your skin uses to build collegen. I use a ligth moistureizer during the day and Vitamin A night cream. I also use face masks, acne medication, vitamin E oil as eye cream, scrub, and micro-dermabrasion.

Skin care is preventative, not corrective. You need to start careing for your skin BEFORE you start noticeing wrinkles and damage, and take supplements to prevent your body from becomeing depleted of things like collegen, not to replace it once it's gone. I am 25, I am only 1 year older than you and I have been taking care of my skin for 10 years with creams and vitamins, I don't want to get old looking in the first place, rather than waiting for it to happen and then trying to correct it.

hey i have never tried silica containing supplements..may be i don't need them now as you said they are for collagen formation..but thanks for telling me..may be i need them in near future or i can tell about them to some body who requires them..vitamin E is very good for our skin too apart from our eyes..

My skin and beauty regimen depends on my mood really. In my adolescence, I used to use all cleaning milks, toners, astringents, moisturizes…anything and everything new that hit the market. Then some years after marriage, my skin glowed of its own due to my inner happiness and I did not follow any regimen. Now again I am trying to do something for my skin (only the face though). I am as it is blessed with few hairs on my hands and have a clear normal skin. So no problems there. For my face, I sometimes rub milk cream, keep it for sometime and then wash it off. At other times I apply a herbal neem pack or a sandalwood pack, maybe once a week. One thing that really irritates me is the sweat of this Indian summer. For this reason I could not continue applying night cream before going to bed or sunscrean lotion before going out. My face breaks into sweat and next day, pimples will definitely break out. I apply night cream and sunscrean only during winter (though I know that sunscrean is more essential in summer). Apart from these, there is no other regimen that I follow.

Average skin conscious like i drink lots of water, wash my face regularly day and night using a facial wash. Then putting moisturizer after every wash to avoid dryness. Im very particualar with the product that im using because i noticed when i use a different product pimplez start to pop.

I'm not really skin concious but I do protect my skin. I used to clean my face with facial foam and if I wear heavy make up then I use cleansing cream, facial foam and toner. in the night I only use all about eyes from clinique. in the morning I use moisturizer to protect my skin. I didn't use special products for my skin except for eyes I always use from clinique. perhaps because my skin not sensitive.

I am very skin conscious. My morning routine goes like this...Wash my face with either Biore or Mary Kay. I usually just use Mary Kay but have recently started to like the Biore cooling wash. I then apply Mary Kay's day time serum...it's a moisturizer with sunscreen. If I do have an acne breakout...I use Neutrogena's spot eliminating gel on the area. For night time...I remove my makeup with Mary Kay's oil free makeup remover. I then wash my face with one of the products mentioned above, use the gel if necessary, and apply the night time serum. I use Biore pore cleansing strips once a week, a moisturizing face mask once a week, microdermabrasion once every two weeks, and a toner three times a week. Sounds like a lot I know! But my skin always feels great afterward!

Well, I guess I wil be tagged as very unconscious towards my skin. For one I do smoke - which is very bad for the skin. Than I do not sleep enough - which is even worse for the skin. The only thing that I do is cream in the morning and in the evening, and cream on and around my eyes. Once a week I use a nice mask as well, and for my body, daily after the shower a nice and rich body cream. This is about it.

I'm not at all skin conscious, as with my cultural background and good genes (Greek, Lebanese) I have no troubles at all - the odd pimple because of stress etc. That said, I do eat fairly healthily. I don't use any special products when I shower/bathe, usually just water, as I find that soaps dry out my skin, although if I am washing my hair, I usually use my shampoo and conditioner as soaps also, as they clean my pores and all the thin hairs that cover the body. Occasionally I also use sorbelene cream, usually lightly scented or with aloe vera extracts. I don't use any sort of specific brands, I believe them to be a waste of money, and find my own "system" extremely effective.
