Has the Indian Intelligence failed or has the machinary failed to act??

As per what the media states, there was already information with the Police and the government stating that there would be terrorist attacks? So do you think the State police and the state government failed to look into the information seriously or is it that they didn't take the information too seriously, as it seemed to regular?? Please leave you opinions as this is post the Hyderabad terrorist attack!

i think the state police were not working properly.. they are checking in all the places after the bomb blasts..then there s no use..the police should be always alert condition..but they are not regular..the terrorist are intelligents..i think the terrorists have link with someone the security department..so that only they are easily moving with their plans..

Right, but it could also be that the Police doesn't have enough resources that can help them to check terrorists?? They don't have sufficient number of personnel who can guard the places of interest. Anyways thanks a lot for responding!
