Should Marijuana Be Legalized?

Ther are many people who believe that marijuana is no more harmful than smoking cigarettes or taking a drink. Others say that marijuana can ease the pain people experience from ailments such as Cancer, AIDS, PMS, etc. Do you believe that medicinal marijuana should be legal? Do you believe that marijuana should be legal altogether? Why or why not?
