Rope is my all time fav. I also like Strangers On A Train. These are two great films that have been copied many times over. The Alfred Hitchcock Presents TV series is great also. You may be able to watch some of them here free. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0047708/

I just don't think, with the Production Code censorship in place, Hitchcock's films are as scary as the Horror of the 1970s, no matter how talented he was, with the Hays code how could they be scary?

I really liked North by Northwest, it was so amazing. It really just sucked me in. I like all of the Hitchcock movies I've seen, but I'd have to say North by Northwest was my favorite.

I like all alfred hitchcock movie but i prefer to read novels. The story in novel is better than in movie, because i can make my own imagination about the story.

I have 2 boxset collections of Hitchcock films but I haven't seen them all yet, so I can't really choose one film above all others. I enjoyed Frenzy, The Birds, The Trouble With Harry and North by Northwest and those four are all quite different from each other. I liked Frenzy being set in London. Eva Marie Saint is great in North by Northwest.

Not a very big fan, I guess Psycho stands out. There is a new comedy being made about Hitchcock: http://www.terrortube.com/html/Alfred-Hitchcock-Comedy-Thriller.html

the first movie i saw was The Birds, which for me was like a very exciting adventure.you never know what would happen in the next minute.then, i began to pay attention to this great man.i have watched several other films that are Rebecca,Dial m for murder, and so on.i like Dial for murder best. All the plots are connected closely, excellently arranged. i admire it very much, even fascinate.
