What is the prime role of a Wife to a Husband?

I don't think that doing any of the household chores is/are the prime role of a wife to her husband. For me a wife should not just support his husband on whatever decision he's going to make but to enlighten him if his going to do the right thing and to ensure that whatever decision his going to make must not have any negative effect to anyone. She should ensure that her family is well loved and cared

hear about, wind beneath my wings or behind every man's success is a woman. that's the prime role of a wife not to be a servant for her husband but to assist him, support her husband in all his undertaking. a husband may feel down through his work but wife should strentgeh and enlightened the husband to be strong always.

Understanding him when no one else would, comforting him when he is sad, loving him for the person that he is, and supporting him when he is feeling down. These are the things men are looking for in a wife. The other stuff like cooking and ironing are chores around the house. You may choose to do it if you want to. They are important but they are not a wife's primarily role.

To be faithful to the husband and share his sorrows.

Wife's role is shower her love and affection throught her life to him, be supportive to him, should be a mother at some times, help him achieve things in life and so on. it is the same way for a husband to his wife. it is all mutual.

Love and affection showers is enough for a husband from his wife.

I believe that would be companionship. :) Men are capable of doing those things for themselves. Sure a wife CAN do them for him and MAY CHOOSE to but it's not the primary purpose of marriage. IMO if that's what a guy wants he can hire a maid. ;)
