Mine would have to be Crank. Evil Dead 2 would come very close.

LOL omg I've seen some really crazy flicks over the yrs..I think one of the ABSOLUTE BEST would have to be A Clockwork Orange..that movie is just insane but fabulous! Dunno what I'd consider the second best...theres plenty to choose from thats for sure!
