What do you think about this law suit?

This sounds a little far fetched to me. I have used Folgers and Maxwell House coffee. I don't see how this suit can be considered an intellectual property or trademark infringement. I personally think it is a waste of time and money. Who cares?

I think it's a pretty unfair lawsuit. Procter and Gamble is actually selling coffee, not the container it comes in. It's not like Kraft is trying to copy their same design as far a colors, etc. The plastic container that Folgers comes in usually gets thrown away in my house after the coffee is gone. I've got enough junk around.
