How about the HP laptop in your opinion?

These day I'm thinking to buy a new laptop.
I find the HP laptop is very popular in my country.
But I have learned that HP is famous for its printers,isn't it?
How do you think about it?
Do you know ASUS?
Haha~~I have already bought a laptop of that brand.
What's your computer's or laptop's brand?

My laptop's brand is Dell. I have an HP desktop computer, and the dumb thing has been a constant source of problems and agitation. Plus, their customer service and technical support are some of the worst I have ever seen. I would never buy an HP again.

Yeah. I tried calling their customer service and tech support phone numbers, and got absolutely NO help. Zilch. None. They told me it's between me and the store where I bought the computer. Well, the store (Office Depot) was no help either. They told me to call the customer service and tech support phone numbers. So, I got no help at all. Plus, the HP phone numbers were not toll-free, but were based in Idaho! NO WAY will I ever buy an HP again! NO WAY!
