HELP one more time PLEASE re photos

I know I am a pest, but I just can not understand how to take photos from my Adobe photoshop 3 starter edition and download them to other sites, yes I have done it but it takes me hours and hours of playing around and then it happens I am so confused as I have done a thousand things and am not sure which is the right one. will some one please go through the procedure, step by step and please do not assume I will know to do anything. if it is a left click please say so. etc. I thank you from the bottom of my heart and you will alleviate a huge frustration for me and very possibly others, so thank you

Hello.
I am not shure if this is any help to you but when you are finsh with the work on the photos in the program then I always save the phot in my picture in difrent album and when I want to load them to a site I just take them from there or from a cd I burn them to cd so I dont will lose them if the computer crash. Howe to sawe.
do you knowe that?
