Why cant my mylot earnings be put on my paypal account?

Members from almost all countries are allowed to creat a paypal account. however not all countries are allowed to benefit full paypal services such as receiving, sending, and withdrawal of funds from paypal account. Like me, I had successfully created an account but i cannot use it fully, especially to receive payments from my money earning sites. My country is categorized under the Send only. Meaning, i can not receive money to my paypal account but i can send money to other paypal account. I can fund my own paypal account using my own credit card though, only if it have a verified account. And since you are from Uganda, you can not receive money too, because Uganda is under Send only countries. Use egold and moneybookers instead. They are the best e-currencies.

you may be belonging to a country where you can send the money via a paypal account but you cannot receive. so all you have to do is to open other accounts like moneybookers etc. in order to get the money.

same here my friend, i am from the philippines.There are certain regions that paypal would not verify for security reasons.Your country might be on the same high risk list. We were allowed to sign up but not allowed to recieve money, it means that we can only send money.I would suggest you register to moneybookers like we did.

Why is this so? I am also wondering about this problem when I read your topic? Paypal seems international and it should work everywhere, I think. I have no idea whether it will work in my country when I decide to get the payout to my paypal.
