Would you fight for LOVE?

What will you do if you are so in love with her/him but your family don't like her/her and they are against the relationship? And if they let you choose, would you choose LOVE over FAMILY? How would you deal with this problem? will you stop seeing him/her or you will still continue the relationship even if it's forbidden? Would you fight for your LOVE or not?

Yes I would. I love my boyfriend and if something happened to him, I'd fight for him.

i would explain to both that the other was ok and differences do occur. but if that was not enough, i would tell my lover not to speak ill about my famiily and my family to bear with patience please. i would be quiet and listen till the whole thing quietens down. this is a situation where prayers help.

The desire for love and the urge for possessive instinct is higher in the beginning and at later state, some people come back to parents, when they are dejected. In most families in India, young people take the consent of parents to marry a girl, even if she is of his choice.

If my family didn't like my boyfriend. I would keep them apart.In other words , I would see him but I wouldn't bring him around my family. I am old enough that my family can't forbid me from seeing anyone. But if I were a teen, I would still see my boyfriend.I would just have to lie to my family to see him. It is sad but that's what I would have to do.
