Looking for ptc and ptr sites that pay

I'm looking for sites that pay at least a quarter cent and up for clicking ads and emails. A few cheapies mixed in is ok as long as they go quick. Also need a site that loads quick as I'm on dial-up. I've joined sites that claim .5 to 1 ct. clicks, only to find .0015 when I log in to do the clicks. I've joined sites with 1 ct. clicks and find maybe 3 or 4 clicks a week. I've waited 2 minutes for a 15 second ad. Of the 20 or so sites I've joined I have 3 good ones. Some are not bad. I have one site that says I've done 30 some clicks and my cash balance is .09. I don't cheat on clicks, have no problem there. I don't want to do offers, but ok if they have them. I'll join and be active if its worth it. If I can make 10cts a day or maybe less, I'll stay with it and promote the site.
