There were so many accidents of drunken driving some time back, that the police did what was really right. Every now and then a person is pulled up and given the alcohol breath test. If found guilty, they are fined, driving licence suspended and even jailed. This has brought down the rate of accidents tremendously. Necessary steps for the benefit of mankind.
