How to say no?

HI there..That's the simplest of the situations.. If u don't have it at that moment, then it wud be wise to tell ur frnd the truth.. Tell him the time when u will have it and then offer him the money he requires...

well just say no, if they really treat you as a friend im sure they will understand.

just tell them plainly that you dont have money. bestfriends and true friends will understand. ^__^

oh,friend,i can understand how hard you are. to me,my friends know well about me,they know i am frank and honest.and i believe you and you best friends trust each other and know each other just as us. so you can just tell them the truth. if he has something emergent to use money,i would ask my other friend for money temporarily,and give back later.

If i don't have money ,i will said to him or her the truth and if he or she is my best friend,he or she will understand me,but meanwhile,i will tell him or her ,if i could collect money ,i will ring him as soon as possible. In fact ,i don't think i 'm too poor to borrow any money to my friends,at all events,i believei can help them more or less.
