trying to find someone's banking information

I won a civil lawsuit and the defendant refuses to pay the money owed to me. I have already put a lien on some property the defendant owns. He has no vehicles in his name, and he is self-employed so I can't garnish his wages. I am trying to find a way to get his banking information so that I can put a lien on the account. Does anyone know of a way that I can do that, besides fishing in his garbage?
