My Dear All myLot planet members;- A small help from the little me, Michael. Treating Yourself for Mild Depression Here are some activities that may help you treat depression without a prescription: 1. Join a group. Group activities seem to be especially helpful. I suggest join myLot as members now 105,973(same nocturnal species.) 2. Exercise. In addition to helping to relieve the symptoms of depression, exercise classes also offer opportunities to socialize with others. Laughing while on myLot is good for you. 3. Try less stressful activities. T'ai chi, yoga, massage therapy, and acupuncture can help. 4. Interact with and care for pets. Some people believe that herbal and dietary supplements may help with mild depression, although there is no evidence that they will help most people. St. John's Wort has been the most popular, but people taking this supplement must be cautious about possible interactions with other medications, including chemotherapy, they may be taking. Deciding to participate and following through with these types of activities(e.g. myLot) may help someone with mild depression regain a sense of control. But while they may have short-term benefit, these activities are not effective treatments for people with more severe depression. The Little Me, Michael or Mic *but please not for Microphone.

I get depressed every now and then. I have found tho that exercise helps. This summer tho with the intense heat that we have had in Nashville, I cannot exercise as much as I would like. Sure, I could join a gym but...

Now as I am going to have class in two days and I am feeling nervous and a little depressed. Piles and piles of work is coming soon. I am afraid that I will have to be inactive on mylot today till this evening as I will be kept busy soon. How I miss a longer summer vacation!

YES MY DEAR PROTOCOL TEACHER, WILLIAMJISIR; No problem my dear friend...nervous means your blood circulation is not in good running to your blood veins. I hope you can find that REFLEXOLOGY SANDAL only 20 minutes a day and you need SALT LAMP and MINI WATER FOUNTAIN...all are at cheap price. This is my sincere advice as frenz and it works a lot for me. You know, I'm now 46 having said on midlife crisis. That salt lamp will help you on physical and that mini water fountain will help your mind, the acoustic frequency from water dropping/flowing will help you to centralized the oxygen versus gravity. When you wake up from sleep you can feel the verve and plenipotentiary regained in your body. Just try and the results will speak itself. Be Happy...queck...queck....queck....Yeeee...Haaaaah!!!

Your article here really makes sense. A lot of people i know who are somewhat depressed, are those who stay all day at home and just watch tv. All in all, to alleviate depression, we need to keep our being busy, keep our bodies moving.:)

Hello Microphonedadona, Nice tips. I've saved them onto my hard disk. I shall try them someday, i suffer from such mild depressions time and then. Good work, good discussions you are starting. Is it your own tips or copy-pasted from some website? I somehow got a feeling that its your own suggestions, especially after seeing the 4th point:p Many a times my depression starts from myLot only, so, what shall i do then...LOL

Thank you for your imformation. Personally speaking, you are a so kind guy that you always share your happy things with us.So, thank you again. I think, finding some worthy of trust friends to talk about the problem is also a good way to relieve the pressure. Watching some horrible moives can relax yourself.I have tried it.That is ok.
