Do You Love a Great Love Song?

I really love a great love song. Over the years I have heard quite a few excellent ones. Some of them that come to mind are: Theme from Love Story, Unchained Melody, On the Street Where You Live, Maria and Tonight from Westside Story. I could go on and on. I especially like some from the musicals of the 50s and 60s. What are some of your favorite love songs?

Yes, who will not like it. I like the songs of Everlasting love songs.

I absolutely love Unchained Melody. My husbands and mine song is Face to Face by Alabama, so that is definetely one of my favorites. I think the best lovesongs are the ones sung with a lot of feeling and the ones that actually move you to tears.

I love Unchained Melody...that's an oldie, but I was reminded of it when that movie Ghost came out...other love songs I love are Everything I Do, I Do it for You by Bryan Adams, My Heart Will Go On by Celine Dion..I guess another song that could also be considered a love song is Wind Beneath My Wings--a real tearjerker at least for me is Kathy Matea's "Where Are You Now?"
