Can you be "IN LOVE" with more than one person??

Can you be in love with more than one person at a time? Can you have "chemistry" with people and not act on it? Is "chemistry" a type of love? Are you being unfaithful by admitting that there is "chemistry" with a person other than your partner?
I got into a rather heated debate about this with a couple of my friends and I was wondering what everyone thought...

well if v r in love with more than two persons than it is not love but attraction

That is what I thought too...but my friends have different opinions on it. I wonder why...
