Yes, I had, not once :) Mostly it was good and made a couple, but there was 1 time when the girl sent me a picture about someone else... That was very interest and the girl was.... so she wasn't my style :) Here's a tip what you can always use: example: if the date will be tomorrow at 10 AM, just ask one of your friends to call you at 10:10 AM and ask you what's the situation. After that - if you like the girl - just tell him it isn't the best time to talk. But if the situation is bad then just figure out something for the gilr e.g. your friend had an accident and you must to go to visit him in the hospital etc. So you must have an idea how to finish the date if you don't like the girl...
