What is the best all-time movie and why ?

Forming your own opinion, what is the best movie in the present, past, or whenever, that you have seen, comments welcome. The best movie to me was " The Passion of Christ". It really got down to what the Bible portrays, and how exactly Jesus suffered and died for our sins.
