Pretty purple flowers...

These grow on the fence on the landlord's side of the yard. They're actually planted in the neighbors yard. I really like them. Any idea what they are?

It's not in my yard or I would think about it. There are several along the fence, actually.

It looks like bluebells. (Yes even though they are purple. They are pretty.
