Do you prefer to work at a small or big company? Why?

I would preffer working for a small company, and then you pretty much know everyone there and you can have a nice time together, and get to know them, whereas in a big company you dont know many of the people... And also in a big company, they like you to be more formal, and not have fun and chat in the offices... So for me its a small company all the way!
