hollywood scandal ratings!

on 29th aug i have read an article in newspaper "Top Ten Hollywood Scandals".In this article 'janett jackson niplegate' scandal was rated no.1.....was that a scandal.i think that was an accident whick took by a mistake.wat do u all people think?give ur responses

I think that was a scandal bcoz in ma opinion it was done willingly to gain publicity....it can not be an incident of ur boob popping out. trhat doesnt make sense
