Venison

Do you like venison(moose,deer, elk,etc.) Wild game?How do you like to prepare it(sauage,roasts,etc.)Just curious as to how many people like Wild game.

Ok, you have my mouth wateringnow. I love a good grilled deer steak. I also make a really good moose stew, no I'm not going to post the recipe, sorry, secret. I have a few dozen friends who hunt so one way or another I always wind up with deer and moose meat. I absolutely love the stuff.

We love it too. My husbands favorite as well is a moose stew or swiss steak made with moose. I love moose made into smokies for the BBQ. I also make moose and deer jerky for my daughter, she just loves it.

I love venison steaks, but don't get them often any more. I love to chicken fry them, then make gravy and biscuits and eggs... oh, I'm hungry again and I just ate! Another good meat is antelope. A lot of people don't like it because it tastes gamey to them, but if you soak an antelope roast in vinegar water overnight, then roast it slowly with liquid (water or coffee), it's out of this world.
