KPM Royal Porzellan Echt Cobalt

The vase is Echt Cobalt from Royal Porzellan Bavaria KPM Germany Handarbest, could you please give me any info. on this vase. It is in perfect condition, with gold around the rim and base. And a white band around the middle with blue roses. Very lovely. Can you let me know the value?
