Why not the time has come to change the character of the Indian team not because in the last series but the captain played a leading role in losing the series. It was the bad decisions which are made by our captain that we lost the series and also I think the overall performance was not up to the standard. I personally feel that Indian team was not that bad to eat it with the England team but the problem was consistency and overconfidence in the player. They always think after winning the match is that they can win the world and this creates their doom. They won the two matches in present situation and the thought that they can easily win the finals. But you should also understand that when a team loses two matches in the playing the finals they will definitely vomited and what they did in the last matches to you to be more careful. The captain plays an important role in such situations by motivating the players bringing aggressive zeal inside them which was not what happened in the series. The captain plays a very silent role in our team in this reason why they look slow sluggish on the field. So the time has come to get a better captain.

For a moment, let's decide to change the captain... The next question who is going to succeed?? Will he be able to lead the team while performing at the same standards as he is doing now? More ever is it really going to make difference on players attitude now?
