I saw my doctor on Wednesday and he said that my potassium and protein levels are low. I already knew about my protein. He said that there was nothing new found in my blood work. As far as I know, I do not have any thing that would be causing that.
My old doctor has me on Folic Acid, for malnutrician. Although, it is very hard to imagine that I could suffer from that. I eat very well balanced meals and I am not Diabetic, as far as I know. So I am confused as to what could be causing all of this. Anyone have a clue?

Have you had your kidneys checked out? Are you a vegertarian? Some vegertarians do not get enough protein, or are you dieting? Some diets do not let you have enough protein.
Your potassium can go low because of sweating, or are you on a water pill? Over sweating or water pills can deplete your potassium.
Good luck. I hope you beef up your diet and I bet you will feel better.

Some our food is actually missing or low on some nutrients the body needs. Your body might also be getting rid of too much potassium in its flush processes (maybe Hypokalemia) It would be something to consider. Medicines like laxatives can cause this too (due to their causing unnatural food/waste removal). Other than that, focus on potassium rich foods like bananas, tomatoes, oranges/orange juice, potatoes, soybeans and turnips.
