asfar as i know My lot pays promptly.In other sites the payment is poor and target is high so it may take many months or even years before you can reach the set target.Meanwhile they keep a clause that any time they may discontinue the program and all that you earned from it etc. Ihave agood program which i can give only on your e-mail .if interested you may contact me at araman97@rediffmail.com

As told by you,there are a lot good sites, but you have to be wise and make a better choice in selecting those sites and get enrolled in it and start making money. Any site that promises too much of income, will never go to pay you. As of me, i have made some select sites, which have been running in the WEB for atleast 3 to 5 years,and still going strong. well there is pretty much only one sure way to find out whether or not a site actually does pay. try it out and wait for the expected/estimated payout time and if you recieve the payment then great! if not you know they are not trustworthy and you move on to another. it would be great if you could truly trust what other ppl have to say about paying sites, but you never really know until you, yourself try them.

I am a member of several free paying sites online. Others have paid me like mylot while most of them have payouts which I have not reached yet as of date. If they will be paying me as soon as I have acummulated their minimum cashouts, well and good. If not, then I would say that they are scams. I think the only way to determine if the sites are legit or not is really to try them yourself. Also try to read warnings, announcements and testimonies of previous users or members of these sites who have not been paid, or have accounts suspended or programs closed down. There are many mylotters around who are posting topics regarding scam and fraud sites.
