How Many Times Do You Paste A Day?

Some people used to paste sveral times a day especially after eating, while other paste once a day early in the morning. Myself i do paste once a day and that is done in the morning before going to work. Someone was telling that is good to paste in the morning and also paste last thing before sleep, so i am confused because atimes i will sleep without even remembering to lock my door not to talk of pasting before sleeping at night. How do paste?

its better to paste once a day as too much may lead to something else.so better to paste once.

many are of the opinion that we paste after each meal, how do you see that? i paste once but would like paste more if time permits.

ok is that is the way they want let them have it but i will not go back on earlier part

well as per doctors you should brush your teeth after every meals taken.But its not always possible all the times as we are always busy in our day to day work. Still we should make some time to do our work. thats why I brush two times a day ..in the morning and before going to bed

but most of these doctors do not brush their teeth the way to advice. must of them are even too busy to brush twice, they brush once like me. that is alright if you can brush twice, myself do brush once because of my busy schedules.
