people always get stressed up in life for various reasons. But what steps do you first take when you get stressed out??

To avoid stress, we should bring a change in our thinking, and give up all negative thoughts by accepting a positive attitude towards life. If there is any problem with you, think of the solution very peacefully. After reaching the solution, try to forget the problem & relax. Tension and stress will not lead to any new path. It should be remembered, there is no problem that does not have a solution. Spend sometime with your hobby – painting, gardening, going for a drive or making a social visit. If you are feeling stressed out for some reason or other, and is unable to feel relaxed, and then visit the beauty parlor. This visit will not only enhance your personality but also relax you mentally, which will add more sparkle to your looks. Try to derive happiness from the small achievements of life. Always smile and laugh – this is the real key of maintaining a stress-free lifestyle.

Yes, stress now a days has become part of our lives with the lifestyles changing this is an envitable part of us and our natures now. And knowing this fact, we have to learn ways to fight it out too. For me,i tend to do a number of things, depending upon why and when i am stressed ot and due to what reasons. If i am stressed after office work, which happens on a daily basis , as we get tired out, i resort to deep breathing exercises and meditation, and that relieves me off, within 45 minutes and i feel fresh once again. If i am stressed out because of fights or arguements with my family members, i either go for a long walk off to some place, or then put my head phones on and listen to soft, soothing kind of music, and away from the family , just in a quiet serene corner. These things help me a lot, beside this its a daily routine to talk a warm water bath in the evenings in general, when i am back from work, as that gears me up for my routine as a housewife and mother, at home, as our work never seems to end. So , it all depends upon us, how stressed we are and what measures suit us best to ward them away too, as each person will have different ways to keep stress away.

I cope up with stress by taking time out from work and routinary activities. I simply go to malls and entertain myself with the latest trends and new arrivals of cd's and dvd's in music and video stores. Another way for me get rid of stress is to watch a movie in a cinema and end up eating chicken noodles in a chinese resto.

I have a hot shower, go for a walk, and confront anyone that may be stressing me out at the time. I try to be productive when I'm stressed and work my way back to happiness and balanced health.
