when last did you cry

You know what? I cried every night to release all the pain and stress for the whole day work.And I feel great and strong to face the next challenge in my life.

As a young man, the last time I cried was when I was 14 years old because them my parents used to punish us whenever we do something wrong and also people punish us as children when we are wrong or when they are stronger than us. Thanks

Crying is good as it helps to take all the grief away from our heart. it helps us to relax. There was one time I cried, when I got lots of humiliation for a failure. I hate failures and that was a great failure of my career

I don't believe that just because you're a man doesn't mean you can't cry. Crying is a good stress reliever. It's not good to keep your emotions bottled up inside. It's not healthy. Crying can make you feel better after a stressful situation. I would say the last time I cried was about three weeks ago.
