Experience in travelling by domestic airlines other than Low cost airlines

Jet AirWays: This is the first private airlines started in India and also one of the best airlines.They have very polite ground and ticketing staff and never experienced the baggage handling problems compared to other airlines.Now a days they are very competetive on their ticket pricing. Also at par with other low cost and regular airlines on timing as well as ticket pricing. King Fisher Airlines: This one is the one airlines which calls it'spassengers as guests instead of passengers.We can experience their hospitality right from the entrance of the airport gate where their ground staff comes to the passenger and help them in baggage screening and getting the boarding pass. Understood that their ground staff also work efficiently because they get rewarded for their best service to their passengers.So far it's pleasant and good experience by travelling this airline. It's definitely value for money by travelling in this airline. I also want to share my personal experience with this airlines1. when I have not received by frequent flier card and sent a mail to their customer service cell, to my surprise, 3-4 customer care executives called me over phone from their Mumbai and Chennai offices and ensured that it reaches me with in 15 days. It's a fact that I received the same within 10 days. Paramount Air Ways.: It's really good airlines started from Madurai in Tamilnadu,India.Its like business jet as claimed by them. Good,polite and efficient ground staff.The one good thing in this airlines is that they operate only in south and getting delayed is rare in this airlines. They offer good food at their lounge at the airport as well as in the flight. Recently understood from their stff that now they are offering lounge services only to specific fares and not to all. Hope they amend this rule because their lounge serivice are the biggest attraction for most travellers.Recently I understood from travel agents that now a days they are not maintaining time and flights may get cancelled.Hope they continue their best services and keep their flights on time and fares also competetive. Indian Airlines: Travelled many times, some are good and some are really night mare experiences.Now they are also giving check fares and keping on time schedules. Most of the staff are efficient but they have to work under the mechanism set by the governament. Hope post merger they offer competetive fares and convenient timings to compete with jet and king fisher and get their old passengers back in to their fold again.
