Well, some people think that one could be sucessful only when he/she is rich, other believe that some successful people is not always rich or could be measured by how much money he/she owns. What do you think of it? Personally, I want to be a successful man even if I am not rich, but I don't like to be a rich man withou being successful in my own eyes.:) Andy

Success brings happiness. Not all richman are happy. Richness may take care of daily requirements but may not bring happiness. Happiness one gets only when one does the hardwork, one is honest and one who is sincere. Happy family, good wife, good children, good home, good job/business, peace of mind, good friends are the constituents of a success.

So all in all, they are not the same thing:) I surely deem success could bring in happiness here. Richness could take care of daily requirement, but it could also bring up some more happiness here, or let's say, money could give you something but not everything. I don't know how to define success, but I do think that one talented people should be respected for his/her effort at work by being paid with more money here:)_ Andy

I can understand actually what is the motive of your question. You mean the value of rich and success, respectively. May I elaborate it with my own point of view,....OK, and thank you. Rich is fundamentally tangible and its value is based on the materials appraised through the degree of ownership for assets. And asset is equal to liability plus capital. Success is fundamentally intangible and its value is based on degree of achievements of any vision through an effective missions plus objectives. My conclusion is rich will never equal to success but it reciprocates to each other.

Yes,I agree with you.Success does not go with richness.A man who is not rich can serve the world, beautify the world and change the world. But a man with richness can also do harm to the world. It all in his/her characteristics. So the contrary really exists either. However I think richness can contribute to success. If we want to be successful easily,we should be rich.

I was not born with a silver spoon in the mouth, so one measurement of success for me is the amount of money I save during my lifetime. A better life for my family usually is also a measurement for me.
